Dans le cadre d’une prochaine exposition regroupant des plasticiennes africaines autour de la question du genre, du corps et autres récits féminins, nous invitons les artistes travaillant sur ces thèmes à nous soumettre leur candidature pour participer à un atelier de création en Afrique donnant lieu à une commande d’œuvre et une inclusion dans la présentation européenne de l’exposition “La Parole aux Femmes” (Women Speak Out), inaugurée à la Galerie le Manège, Dakar, en 2011.
Cet appel s’adresse aux artistes africaines âgées de 30 ans maximum, résidant en Afrique et disponibles en janvier 2014. Les artistes intéressées peuvent envoyer leur portfolio, toutes techniques confondues, accompagné d’une biographie, CV et note d’intention, par email à eyonartmail@gmail.com sous la référence “Women Speak Out”, en format jpeg, PDF, ou lien internet s’il s’agit de vidéo. Les envois postaux doivent être adressés à :

Call for artists
In preparation for an upcoming exhibition featuring women artists looking at questions of gender, body and other female narratives, we are inviting women artists to apply for a creative workshop leading to a commission and participation to the European showcase of the exhibition “La Parole aux Femmes” (Women Speak Out), premiered at Galerie le Manège, Dakar, in 2011.  
This call is open to African women artists aged 30 maximum, residing in Africa and available in January 2014. Interested artists may send their portfolio, all medium considered, with their biography, CV and statement by email to eyonartmail@gmail.com with the reference “Women Speak Out”, in jpeg and PDF format, or internet link for videos. Submissions by post can be sent to:
