António Tomás
António Tomás is research fellow at Makerere Institute of Social Research (Makerere University, Uganda). Ph.D. in Anthropology at Columbia University in New York.He is the author of a biography of Amilcar Cabral, O Fazedor de Utopias: Uma biografia de Amílcar Cabral (2008). He has published regularly in Angolan newspapers, and a collection of his journalistic work has been published under the title, Poligrafia: das páginas dos jornais angolanos (2011). He is currently writing a book tentatively called In the skin of the city: Luanda, or the dialects of city’s transformation.
