Emanuelle Santos
Emanuelle Santos is a Brazilian researcher in the field of Post-Colonial Studies. She holds a Masters in Comparative Studies of Literatures in Portuguese by the University of São Paulo (BR) and is currently working on her PhD at the Utrecht University (NL)/University of Warwick (UK). Her current research focuses the relations between national identity and the contemporary literatures of the Portuguese-speaking African countries in which she proposes reading routes that mind the internal tensions that constitute the reality of those societies. Among other activities, she has coedited the number 4 of the electronic journal “P: Portuguese Cultural
Studies” on “Brazilian Postcolonialities”.
